My Name is Patiswa Batyi

On the 13th of December 2013 an amount of R 4000 was withdrawn out of my account and I have reported this at Absa Branch in East London on the 14th of December and they have all the details of my case. I have not received any tangible response all they are saying is they are still investigating and they do not give me any progress of how far their investigation is. I do not understand why this has taken so long.

Just to shortly give details of my case, on this above mentined day I went to an saswitch ATM to withdraw money and I insered my card and pin as normally and there was a guy who said excuse me lady that machine is not working and I chased him away, he said I need to put in a code before continuing with my transaction and I noticed that the ATM is not progressing to the next screen instead it went on the standby screen and I pressed cancelled and my card did not come out of the machine and hardly 3 minutes incontact reported that R 4000.00 has been withdrawn from my account.

Its been almost 1 and half months with no tangible feedback. My number is 078 595 6117
