Rejected to pay my money back

Please assist me on this I received an sms that I've withdrawn R1950 on the 31 of August and in that acc was with R1960.

I've phoned customer service to block my card and he asked me the last four numbers from both my card and the sms and he said it's not my card withdrawn money and he blocked my card.
Since I started using my acc I didn't ever manage to withdraw like that and left R8. I logged the call with standard bank and they said they are not seeing any money withdrawn
with other card. So please assist me I can't to my bank and I can't change my card knowing that I'm the one withdrawn money.
