No assistance whatsoeve

I had applied for an overdraft amny times, via, the internet, sms and then finally the call centre, yet i get no resolution on this matter. i have been waiting for a week now for someone to tell me the amount i qualify for and yet no one gets back to me. I have even called today and the consultant says that someone wll call me urgently and still nothing has happen. I left one bank to to the same reason and thinking that standard bank is better yet you are proving that thought wrong.
