Standard Bank is not Professional

I was recently a victim of internet frad through my Standard Bank internet banking account. The R75000. I reported the matter to Standard Bank and they investigated the matter. They found that I had indeed been a victim of and they could not explain how the whole incident happened. Now they say that they can only recover R70000 not the full amount and therefore they say I must forfeit the other R5000. I find it unacceptable for Standard Bank not to return the full amount of R75000 that was from my bank account. I personally hold Standard Bank responsible for this occurring to me and therefore it is their responsibility to return the full amount to me be it from their insurance or the. Being a customer of standard bank it is the bank's duty to ensure that our money is safe and not prone to criminals be it in the actual bank, or over internet. My account being hacked into shows that the security settings of Standard Bank are not safe enough to protect us from and therefore Standard Bank is exposing all its customers to an incredible risk of crime. Please may I just have all my money back Standard Bank.
