Loan approve/declined??? BAD Service

Friday, 1 March I applied for loan, Sat 2 March all documents were handed in
and Agreement was signed by myself and the consultant! I was approved AND
PROMISED by the consultant that the money will be in my account later in the
day!! Because an Agreement was signed and the consultant (who is suppose to
advised CORRECT info) advised money will reflect later the day I so long
used my salary. Today is Wednesday and still nothing, I've got rent and school
fees to pay!! All the branch keep on telling me is the application is at Head
Office, this morning as well and I have to phone them again later. How many
times must I call them and Head Office??? Each one with different answers and
excuses. All that the branch can say is sorry the consultant shouldn't have
advised and promised you that??? UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Employee signed on
Agreement: Nokwayi, also spoke to a "Mickey" at the branch, its like they
don't want to go the extra mile. Poor service, also the consultant DID NOT
advise its a Pre-Approved Agreement!!! The person assisting 2day at the branch was very rude and irritatted by this query, said to my fiance she can take it further, Go ahead she said. This is money URGENTLY needed.
