I am very dissapointed with Standard bank. Applied for customer assistance. after waiting ages for no reply from them i contact them and ask the outcome only to hear it was declined due to affordibility. but no manager phoned me to advise or tell me what i should/could do differently. i have a house loan with them but do not see myself 30 years doing banking with you. i will eventually get out of my debt sitsuation without the help of Standard bank and move on and forward. i am currently paying different creditors 3 times the monthly amount that i would pay standard bank. so yes i cannot keep on affording it.
