I requested by wife's overdraft to be closed. Standard Bank in the process closed my overdraft. I never requested this to be done. No one called me to confirm if I wanted my overdraft to be closed. NOW I have been billed honoring fees for their up.
I tried calling and left messages via the call Centre and until now Prestige Banker has contacted me. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received. I will be moving my accounts from Standard Bank to a different bank. I want these honoring fees reversed immediately.
