Didnt switch debit orders as promised

Switch banks and FNB promises for a smoothing switching option. They told me my debit orders would be switched by them. Monthend came and none of my debits came through. Lucky I chose to handle my salary details otherwise I would have not gotten paid either. Now my accounts keeps calling me and Im getting charged interested for late/no payment. I go to the branch and wait 30mins for someone to not know what happened and promise to call me 3 days ago. Dont believe the hype, all banks are the same, inconvienient!!!
