Fase Advertising regarding the switch

So we switched to FNB and it was great, NOT! all that promises about switching credit card balances and so on is a sham! We switched over only to be told we need to wait three months so fnb can see a salary going threw the account, So we now are paying twice the bank fees (old bank and new bank) then we were told they would switch our debit orders and we believed them! Only to find out we have half the debit orders coming of one account and the others of the old account, utter brilliance so now we wish we stayed with our old bank! We have a messed up credit record, paying twice the bank fees and got some really bad advice with regards to the switching of our credit card from the service person at the bank.
