My mother that is wheelchair bound responded to the tv add fnb has about switching accounts hassle free. two consultants from fnb came to my mom's house to do the switch. they promised it would be a smooth procedure and that she should leave it in their hands. we completed all the necessary documentation pertaining to the switching of all her debit orders. she was promised that there would be no hassles. well that never happened. some of the debit orders took four months to switch and in the interim my mom's previous bank, absa, was charging her for all the return debit orders on their side. she is a pensioner and cannot afford this due to the mistake fnb made. the charges have accumulated to just over r2000.00 and increase weekly. please help.
