Since "switching" banks this year to FNB, I have not been satisfied at all!! I requested FNB to Switch my Debit orders on my behalf and instead had numerous debit order payments made to incorrect suppliers! upon requesting the debit orders to be stopped, nothing happened and I still am paying for a service that has not been rendered! The Complaints and call centre medium only promises you pie in the sky and is of no help at all!! I absolutely regret switching to FNB and using their "convenient" services that have proved to be unhelpful.
