FNB DEBIT ORDER SWITCHING A JOKE

Don't be fooled when they say that they will switch ALL your debit orders! I requested for ONE of my debit orders (My home loan) to be switched to FNB on the 18 May 2013. I was very clear when I told the consultant that I have already changed my salary and other debits to FNB and only needed assistance on the switching of my bond debit order. Today at 3.30pm I got a call from Ridwaan to tell me that FNB cannot switch my debit order. Why did FNB wait for the 24 MAY to let me know that they cannot switch my debit order and that i must do it myself? My home loan is going to go off on the 26th!!! Is this the pathetic service I am going to receive as a new client! Is FNB going to pay for the extra cost that I am going to incur? I am really DISAPPOINTED in FNB.
