I received a torn note from their ATM at their Sanlam square branch and when I went to the Kent branch to return it, I was advised that I need to get an affidavit from the SAPS and the ATM slip as well. I mean REALLY??? Your ATM inconvieniences me and you expect me to to do the above to get MY money back??? I think you need to revise this... I would appreciate it if someone who can assist me can call me back so that I can get my R100 back.
