False advertising about debit order switching

I have recently opened a Cheque account with FNB because of their cool ads and the bad experience I have had with ABSA (My current bank). I did the application online and it went through they even delivered my card as promised on their adverts.

They again promised to switch all my debit orders if I move my Salary to them, I did that and they have failed to deliver. The only thing they managed to switch is my salary so that they can start charging me ASAP, none of the debit orders were switched. Today I am getting SMSs from my service providers as well as ABSA that the debit orders have been reversed because of insufficient funds, FNB made sure that my salary goes to them but failed to switch my debit orders. I will have a bad credit record because of FNB incompetency, they now say I need to contact the service providers and change banking details, why did they promise they will do it if they can't?

People please do not be fooled by Steve ads, they are misleading and false!
