DEBIT ORDER SWITCH

Took you 8 weeks to switch 4 of my 9 debit orders FNB. Thanks to your snail paced, job half done, I still have debits bouncing on my Absa account. I've had to call your call centre 5 times since my email requests (yes, more than one) with ALL the forms was sent. Are you all babies that need spoon-feeding? What's the problem with doing what your stupid ad campaigns promise to do? I get emails and sms's every day regarding every single transaction I perform, but somehow you couldn't switch my Wesbank debit order... whom you are interlinked to!? I do not have the time to micro-manage the admin, that's why I gave it to you in the first place. Wake up and get moving because I am already regretting my switch, twice over. You're messing with my credit record, hello?! Luckily my Absa accounts are still active, it's not much effort to reverse 4 measly debit orders, at least my creditors got paid without me having to pay penalty fees. Word of warning to potential new clients to perhaps read through this website before switching banks.
