I called 0860008600 from 8:00 till 10:30 with no response - kept on hold. 10:45 I called Bellville branch on 0219175100 and spoke to Rochel whom put me on hold without informing me why I am on hold - the call reverted back to Rochel and then she only informed me after I insisted to speak to someone who could assist me that she would put me through - she even had the audacity to disagree that the address on an sms received that I am giving her incorrect information, she sounded very irate. She then transferred my call to a gentleman after holding on once again and when I requested to speak to someone in my own language he sarcastically said "good luck" and terminated the call. I once again called and spoke to Rochel and requested to speak to a manager and was put on hold once again. The call reverted back to Rochel and she said I must hold on she will try again. Then I told her I would do a formal complaint on hellopeter maybe then I will have some luck with my enquiry. I am certainly not happy with Absa and thinking of moving over to your competitors as maybe they will acknowledge me as a customer.
