Money went out of my absa acc and i called their so called customer care line which is 0860008600, oooh boy did i hold, i had R 42 Airtime in my phone, I had to hold for 20 minutes before i can speak to a consultant, of which i only spoke to her for two minutes then my airtime was axhausted, what i dont understand is why should we hold for so long? i am really not happy with absa at all, what irritated me the most was the fact that i wanted them not to process the transaction that was my reason for calling that late, but i just waisted my airtime since i could not get the help i wanted. Very Very Dissappointed Customer, HONESTLY IM CONSIDERING MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK.
