POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I DID A MANUAL APPLICATION ON 15/11/2013 WHICH WAS APPROVED IMMEDIATELY. ON 19/11 I RECEIVED A SMS STATING THE HANDSET IS ON BACKORDER. ON 27/11 I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME SMS STATING THE PHONE IS ON BACK ORDER. I TRIED TO CALL THE FNB CALL CENTRE AND FAILED AS I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 45MINS SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT TRANSFERED THROUGH TO A PHUMI WHO TOLD ME SHE CAN HELP ME. I THEN REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OF WHICH CALLED ME BACK LATER THE AFTERNOON WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ASSIST AND WAS PROMISED I WOULD BE CALLED BACK ON 27/11, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. TODAY 28/11 I HAD TO CALL IN AGAIN AND SPOKE TO MENZI ONLY TO FIND OUT I DONT HAVE A ORDER NUMBER FOR THE DEVICE. HE THEN SAID I SHOULD CALL THE COURIER COMPANY TO FOLLOW UP, I SPOKE TO RABIA AT THE COURIER CALL CENTRE AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT THEY CANT ASSIST ME WITHOUT A ORDER NUMBER!!!
FNB IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I SPENT OVER 90MINUTES ON HOLD FROM MY CELL PHONE WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE AND WANTS TO BE COMPENSATED AND WANTS THIS HANDSET DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
