Reception and pathetic Call-Centre service

I called MTN on 21 Oct about bad reception at home. Spoke to 4 C-C people and was told the system is down and to call back when system is up again. The first I spoke to was Venessa, I asked why don't they take down details and add to the system once it is up and give clients a call-back. She just kept saying there is nothing she can do the system is down. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for approx 5 min. I called back and spoke to another CC person and he agreed that they should be doing something like that and will put me through to the manager. Another 5 min on hold and no answer. I called again and Venessa answered again and immediately put phone down when I asked her when is she going to call the manager as I asked. I called again and spoke to a lady, I think Falicia, who wrote my details down and would let the manager call me back within an hour. Of course this did not happen. For heavens sake, we the clients are such a nuisance. They are the CC, how could we even think they would respond to mere clients. On my 5th attempt, I got hold of Kafiso, who responded with the Complaints department no. impossible to get hold of the MTN complaints dept
