Good day

I have called your call center (Nedbank Loans Department) about 2 weeks ago. The first call I was given incorrect information when asking the consultant for a settlement amount, she wasn't sure what I was asking and gave me incorrect information. She then immediately put me on hold, without even advising me that I was going to be put on hold. After a good few minutes she hadn't come back to the call

(She obviously doesn't know the process of placing a customer on hold) I eventually dropped the call. I called back to speak to the same lady and was transferred to numerous people, and yet again each consultant put me on hold (Still not knowing the hold process, which is advising the customer that I will be put on hold, asking for permission, and stating a timeline- should the consultant take a longer time, come back to the customer and thank the customer for holding and ask for permission once more to be put on hold.

I still did not receive any joy afterwards as the consultants kept putting me on HOLD!!! what the heck is happening with your consultants??? I want you to find out exactly who I spoke to and I want feedback ASAP
