I want to be refunded

My Card was cloned and last nite i used at chicken licken at bunbary crossing and a few hours later it was being used in the USA I only realized when i went to the bathroom and checked my phone and I saw all the emails these thugs even disabled my sms incontact service. Then I called Mr Joe Maake who works at broadacres branch at 3am he assisted me on the phone on how to go about this situation. I then called and cancelled the card and i was told to the nearest branch. I mean could department not pick this up while these transaction was been made because i made my last purchase at about 6:30 then a few hour later iam on a shopping spree in the USA this should have raised red flags. If department was doing they job this could have been stopped with the first transaction but it never happened, till now no call from them know they tell me i must wait 6weeks for my money to be refunded i have a family to take care of and i have people to pay when i check my statement it said the purchases where still outstanding they have not been authorize, so why cant i get my money back while they investigate its not like they will tell me where my card cloned all i want is my money
