Transaction Again - Bank doesn't help

Late last year I reported a transaction on my account. I called the FNB Card services and was told to go to a branch to complete some forms. I was also told that I would need an affidavit from SAPS to declare I did not authorize the transaction which i did. I went to the bank, completed forms and submitted an affidavit. My card was destroyed in the bank and was issued with a temporary card. Was told to wait for a new card. The transaction was reversed after 8 days and got my money back. After about 2 months, same transaction went of my account again, This time had a new card. Went to the bank again & told to get an affidavit as they never got the first one and the lady who was helping me at that time is no longer with the bank. I was assisted by Lawrence this time at Church Branch Pretoria. Went back to SAPS and submitted at the bank. Had to wait another 8 days before my money was reversed. today AGAIN 9 March 2013, same transaction off my account. I called the bank & was told I will need to complete more forms. I mean Really! I am not prepared to go to the branch again. I am not prepared to wait another 8 days. If this is not sorted out by monday, I want my account closed!
