MY FNB BANK CARD WAS CLONED ON THE 19.12.2013 THEY WITHDREW ALL MY MONEY INCULDING MY BOUNS
I CALLED THE FNB DEPARTMENT WHO IS HELPING ME WITH MY CLAIM, NOW ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS ARE GOING TO BE UPAID ITS NOT MY FAULT I WANT SOME ONE TO SORT THIS OUT ASAP
THEY ONLY LEFT ME WITH R12.00 FOR THE WHOLE OF DECEMBER
I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH FNB BANK I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM
NOW WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS? ITS NOT MY FAULT MY CARD WAS CLONED
I WANT THIS MATTER SORTED ASAP AS I AM HIGHLEY UPSET ABOUT THIS WHOLE SITUATION. WEN I PHONED THE CAL;LCENTRE THE GUY REFUSED TO TELL ME WERE THE CRD WAS CLONED I FEEL AS I HAVE EVERY RIGHT AS ITS MY CARD.
ITS GOING TO BE A VERY SAD CHRISTMAS FOR ME. THANKS FNB VERY MUCH :(
