Again no service

Again Standard bank customer care are not willing to help. I phoned the customer care line because I recieved a sms that a debit order went threw. When I phoned them they were not really willing to help me. The said R 23 went off in December, In January R 103 went off And in February R 110 went off. They are claiming it is insurance, but can not help me. I thought if it is insurance thr amount would be the same every month. After beeing on the phone for longer than 30 minutes they wanted me to phone another number and try again. The lady claimed that she did not have a e-mail to forward my complain to the right department. I would like to know when this policy started and why? I would like to have a refund!
