We applied for a bond switch with standardbank because my wife is an employee of standardbank. We were asked to fax through all the required documentations and that we did. Then a phone call came in that 2 documents were missing then i quickly faxed the missing documents through to home loans. We then waited and waited for a responce for two weeks but nothing was said only to find out that our application was closed on the system for incomplete documents that came as a suprise because i faxed through the outstanding documents before they closed the application this is really disappointing to get such treatment from our trusted standardbank please attend to this matter argently.(Application number 4322977).
