I made an application 2 and a half weeks ago online, i then faxed through all relevant documents pertaining to this specific application. a week ago they claim that they sent me an sms requesting my bankstatement as they never received it. i then re-faxed it so i called back to obtain feedback as its been more than the 10 day waiting period. They now advise me that the application was closed pending outstanding documentation??? i am totally disgusted, i then ask if there is anything we can do and was told that i have to do the application process over? what a waste of time, i cant believe how nonchalant service has become in this country? i need assistance please.
