Sheer incompetence

Me and my wife applied to move our Bond from my bank to her bank which is FNB. Upon application we were told within a day that application unsuccessful due to me being self employed for less than 3 years. We therefore opted to abandon the process and rather apply for home improvement bond. Vishal Binessaree has been in charge of the process and it has been blatant ignorance of what customer services is all about. My wife tried getting hold of him on numerous occasion to no avail after submission of the application. Later on when she finally did he told her that some documents outstanding for me (husband) but he has nevertheless submitted the application. We duly submitted the documents and upon numerous attempt to get hold of him and my wife even sending him sms, we finally did get hold of him and only to be told that since my business has been operating less than 3 years he is going to submit without my documents and only my wife's. He knew my business has been operating less than 3 years before requesting docs then why did he request them in first place. My wife called customer service after failing to get hold of Vishal and the application was never on on system. its now 3 Weeks
