Garnishing on my account

Today is the 2nd day I'm using my FNB account and guess what my account is debited by Discovery credit card which I never gave permission neither to Discover nor FNB to process, when I enquire I was told that Discovery has the right to do as they please on my account. I really regret why people convince me to join such a useless, unreliable bank, my money is totally not secured with this institution. I have also been struggling to register my internet bank because they on attend to customers during office hours. I am going to cancel my account if this is not resolved, I might be a small fish but I'm the fish that can swim to all the media communication in a matter of seconds, try me
