Bad service and lack of application feedback

I applied for a further home loan with standard bank since the 30th of May 2013, submitted all the required documents during application. On the 14th of May 2013, submitted bank statements and salary advices, on the 24th of June 2013, the bank required 6 months' salary advises and plans, submitted them (all of these documents are submitted at the same branch to the same person).
After 3 days subsequent to submitting the latter documents, I was told the application has been closed.
I had to restart the application, got the new reference number. Funny enough, I had to start from scratch submitting the already submitted documents. Their internal business process are so flawed, even the systems supporting it are a reflection thereof. It is regrettable that I have a bond with them and I am paying twice the minimum balance, my cash flow is enough to cover what I am requesting them. I am so frustrated as I have to use them, as the vacant land bond it with standard bank, in this day and age, this bank still takes their customers like this. I hate banks with such attitudes.
