We started our Home Loan applciation with Standard Bank on 29 May'13 for a second bond on our house. It is the 19th of June today and still after phoning then up to 3times a week I still have no answer. All our documents where faxed through and then when I phone to confirm if they were received the magically dissapeared in the system. On the 6th of June 2013, our applciation was closed, without even contacting us. When I phoned on the 10th to confirm when the assesor will be contacting us, then only was I notified that account was closed due to missing documents. I mailed and faxed it through on the 10th (read receipts received) confirmation via email that documents were being processed and I have to follow up the next day with Thabogo (once again phone calls on my account - everytime 20-30min) I contacted them on the 11th still processing, called them on the 12th, documents received, will process must call again on the 13th to confirm, 13th of June at 09h05 I called and Lee confirmed, Assesor will be sent out. It is the 19th of June now, when I called to follow up on assesor I'm notified the last correspondance was on the 6th of June, application closed - I had enough now...
