Went to Cresta branch to open up a new account for my teenage son, after waiting for 40 minutes we walked out. I then went on line which was amazing, that was Friday the 18th of January was issued an account number straight away. Then waited two weeks and nothing, after several phone calls I'm now told that the computer had an error and NO applications were processed on the 18, 19 and 20th of January and FNB were waiting for the clients to phone in! Now we have a postal strike and I've been told to go back into the branch and get the card... my son is waiting to deposit R5 000.00... I soooo dont think so!!! 1
