On the 4 May 2013 I made homeloan application. The consultant gave me the application number and fax number so that I can fax the required documents. I faxed the documents, I was contacted and advised that there was income and expenditure missing. The form was completed and faxed on the 9 May 2013. After some days without feedback I was told that the application was not proceeding. I called and was told that I need to submit new application due to the fact that I submitted incomplete offer to purchase. I made a new application on the 20 May 2013 and on the 23 May 2013 I again discovered that the application is not proceeding. Reasons this time around is evaluation and whether the property is bonded. I then submitted the requested documents. I called to confirm the receipt was told that the application won't proceed because they need a year bond's statement. What I don't appreciate is incompetency of the consultants and not informing or communicating the requirements properly. I am emotionally drained I asked to go to the branch but was told that I will not be assisted. I am confused and need proper assistance as I need to have my application to be delt with in a professional manne
