On the 24 June 2013 I applied for a pensioned powered homeloan with Absa via a financial institution by name of Dartingo. After i submited my application I spoke to Timothy, consultant at Dartingo Financial Service to comfirm if they recieved my application. The following day Timothy told me that there are missing documents & my ID on the application. Same day I resubmited the application with supporting documents. After submiting the documents I called Timothy, he assured me that he had receive my application. He also mentioned to me that he is going on vacation leave but he will make sure he process my documents before leaving and submit the documents to Absa Bank. A week later I called the Dartingo to check the status of my application and I spoke to Rosenna who told that there are still missing documents. I then told her that I had submitted all the required documents a week ago to Timothy. Rosena said she is gonna look for my file and get back to me. After few minutes she called to tell me that my file is missing / lost. On the 11 July, I resubmitted the application to Rosenna. The following day she to tell me that my application has been sent to Absa bank. On the 14 July
