What a load of! No DO reversal?!?!

I am not even remotely impressed with the newly implemented policy on debit order reversals!! I have entered into an agreement with a creditor that I repay their fees over a period of 3 months as they have apparently handed me over to debt collectors, however, today they've decided to debit my account with the full outstanding amount the minute my salary was deposited. When going into the bank to have this debit order reversed immediately, I was given the long schpieel that I need a letter from the creditor saying that the debit order was in error and can be reversed... C'MON!!! What are the chances of that happening?!? They got what they wanted and won't give any letters! They are in contravention of a legal agreement that is in place! Capitec needs to wake the he!! up! It's my credit record that's in jeopardy if I reverse debit orders, so what concern is it of yours? I am highly irritated by this new little rule of yours and it needs to corrected! I've never had any such troublesome laborious paper-trailed issues with FNB to have DO reversed! I am fast reconsidering the whole Capitec thing. It's supposed to be simple! JUST REVERSE MY DEBIT ORDER!!!
