Debit order reversal

Surely when I request that a debit order is reversed on my account I would expect Capitec bank to work like the other financial institutes in South Africa and actually reverse this debit order. It is my account and my money but I am being robbed by a company who just loads debit orders and refuses to give letters this is nonsense please Capitec sort your system out, you have made a silly decision instituting this policy
