Clientele life debitted my account with a debit order that i did not authorised. When i asked the bank to reversed the debit order the clerk tel me it is bank policy that they cannot reverse a debit order without a letter from the company giving permission that they can reverse the debit order. What kind of bank don't protect his clients from people my hard earned money. If that is the service from Capitec i for one will definitely close my account and stay with the more expensive banks that can do a simple thing like reverse a unauthorised debit order.
