I had a look at my bank statement and realised that there was a debit order of R99.94 from Wermark on 24 May 2013, then on 25 June 2013 there was a debit order of the same amount from Stratcol. I complained about this to the bank and was told to bring letters from "" to have the deductions reversed. Now unless I'm dumb I've never heard this nonsense in my entire life. How do you expect me to spend my money, call people who my money and beg them to give me a letter so that I can get the money that they back... Help me understand that.. I had a search on Hellopeter on these two companies and I saw gazillions of complaints about them and no one replies on their behalf.. Another red flag!! I'm in the process of switching to another "caring" bank and would appreciate if you could refund my debit orders. Sadly you also gain when these fools are from us, you charge fees and you are gonna charge me again to reverse the debit orders. Why have I been with Capitec for 4 years? Service and Protection. I'm not getting that at the moment so I'm forced to look somewhere else. I want the debit orders reversed. I don't have time and money to call those
