On 15th Feb a debit order went off my account that left me out of pocket. i wanted to reverse then make alternative payment options with my creditor. i went to Capitec North Gate shopping mall and was told i cant even speak to a consultant regarding reversing the debit order until i could prove that i hade settled the account. the lady even went on to say people are taking advantage of the debit order reversal and even use it when they it is not necessary.
I am sitting here thinking. since when does capitec think they can tell me what to do with my money?
first it was the loan account story i had the other day with them, now this!
sorry, nothing at this point can convince me to stay with this bank any longer.
