Account Frozen

I've opened a new account with fnb. On the day that i went to collect my card it was handed to me without any proof of residence, although i did have it with me the person handing out the card said that they don't need it to give me my card.
Now my card is frozen and i have no way of getting any money because fnb is saying that the don't have any record on there system of my proof of residence.
Braamfontein branch is now closed for renovations and i have no way of getting my account active again until i can somehow get to another branch.

I have had this card now for 3 weeks where in this time not one person from fnb has contacted me to let me know that they still need anything from me... but they have no problem taking my money!!

To make things worst... I phone fnb customer call line on the weekend of the 23th of February and was told that there is nothing wrong with my account, please make your way to the nearest atm...

I phoned fnb again on Monday the 25th of Feb for help. They could not tell me were the next nearest fnb is but said they will find out and let me know... I'm still waiting 6 hours later!!!

I feel that this is negligence! Hope they read this!!!
