I'm very disappointed how Standard bank treated me as a customer for so many year holding an acc with them. I opened a cheque account on the 9th January 2013 and Nomvula told me that she will arrange all my debit orders to deduct from my cheque acc and call my HR to chaged my salary acc details from feb onwards since it was already late and most companies cut off dates are the 10th which is late already. My cheque acc offered me a loand of R22400.00 and overdraft of R5000.I realised on the 25th feb that my salary is still going to my saving acc and not the cheque acc. My cheque account had overdraft of R5000 which i only used up R2101.Since my salary still goes on the savings acc my debit orders african bank and virgin active deducted they money from the overdraft left over money and that standard bank deduction R800 from my savings acc. The only thing that has changed is that African and virgin act deduct from my cheque. I transferred money R4100 yesterday to the cheque and it does show on the cheque & i dont have overdraft anylonger since it not my wrong doing your Nomula told me she will handle everything i should not worry. Very very disappointed and disgusted. I NEED ANSWERS
