FNB - How can we NOT help you

Good day

My Change to FNB has been nothing but frustrating, im a client as of the 10 July 2013 and have already sent in atleast 3 complaints in 2 weeks. Let me make this categorically clear that i dont need an FNB account. I changed over in the false belief that this is an awesome and apparently the most innovative bank, anything but! I have just come back from swiping my card for the very first time (enough funds transferred) and it was declined. Calling the call centre i find out that my card has been blocked due to proof of residence not being given to the bank. My account was opened telephonically and i collected my card at the Bryanston FNB as i requested. To Collect the card i was required to give in my ID and proof of residence which i did. How is it possible that it is not on the system when i have given in my details and would not have got my card without these documents?

The lady that helped me at FNB Bryanston was Mbali Mpentsi and i honestly feel that she should be fired for not updating my details as was required of her. If not, i think i will be closing this account as i am most thankful that i have not yet done my salary and debit order switching from STD bank.
