When I applied for my credit card they said when my card gets delivered by UTI, I must have the following ready: proof of residence, proof of my barcoded id and a proof of income. two and a half months later when I wanted to withdraw money at the atm it reported that there was a problem with my account and that I had to phone them to resolve the problem. when I phoned they said that there was a problem with my proof of residence and that I had to go to my nearest branch and that I had to give them the ORIGINAL or a certified copy. it has been two days that I have been without any money. they told me it would take 4 working days to resolve this problem. it is the end of a month and all my debit orders bounced. I want to know why did they let met use my credit card for so long without notifying me that there was a irregularity with my FICA docs. if they would have notified me there would not have been this problem. very unhappy.
