I lost my fnb card On the day that i went to collect my card it was handed to me without any proof of residence, although i did have it with me the person handing out the card said that they don't need it to give me my card.
Now my card is frozen and i have no way of getting any money because fnb is saying that the don't have any record on there system of my proof of residence.
i have no way of getting my account active again until i can somehow get to randburg branch. I phoned the call center and all they can say is o well go into the bank how can fnb have people working for them they can't even do there work i switched from nedbank to fnb because people say fnb is the best but they are wrong fnb is not i should of stayed with my nedbank as they help with anything when i phone now this from fnb quick to take my money every month but not at all helpful if somthing is wrong i rate fnb 0 till they fix my account and i wont go into a bank as its not my fault it's the staff they have to fix this now FNB
