I met in an accident earlier this month.
Prime Meridian had the assessor come out and assess the damage and a claims handler who finalised the report.
My complaint is that the report has been finalised over a week and thats it, i get no joy in respect of payment of the claim. i have to call numerous times and is constantly being told by the claims technician/handler that she has finalised her report and submited it to management and theres nothing she can do now but wait.
i asked if theres a number that can be given so that i may speak to "management" but to no joy.
my vehicle was a source of my income and this and this delay has severly put me and my family out of pocket and under severe financial difficulties.
I would like to know, what is the delay...
