TIME DELAY MAJOR INCONVENIENCE

Prime Meridian policy holder CL100055557 - accidentally rolled her car into my car at the residents - handbreak wasn't pulled up - incident 09-10-2013 --- Prime Meridian took more than 48 hours to initiate contact with me after the incident. Now they are telling me that the claim is being investigated and a decision will only be made in a decision meeting scheduled for 18-11-2013 - way more that a month after the fact. Hanri did not even know who her client was refering to the lady as a him - I have spoken to the policy holder, and she has not been contact by Prime Meridian, neither have I - so don't know how investigation is being done... Note I am making a third party claim and the account number belongs to their client...
