Ipping off people

I have covered my car with prime meridian, the storm damage my car last week Monday and i have called them to claim the damage and i was told that they wont pay/fix the damages because i only paid three instalment. on my contract is not staying that i have to pay 4 month before i can claim for hail damages.

i feel you guys are ripping people off, i don't think i still wanna do a business with you guys or refer anybody to prime meridian.
