SHOCKING SERVICE FROM PRIME MERIDIAN

I was involved in an accident on the 21st May 2013, the gentleman who bumped into me was insured through Prime Meridian. The service that I have received from the third party department in Prime Meridian is shocking. The claims department has not given me any feedback regarding my claim and don't respond to my emails. These employees have no empathy as I haven't had a car for over 3 months and they don't care because it is not affecting them. Customers to this company are just a number, they keep telling me they cant get hold of the gentleman who bumped into me and require additional forms from him but yet I have contacted him four times since the accident has occurred. Prime Meridian is a shocking insurance company as I know they haven't done everything possible to get the additional forms from him. I phoned them this morning and spoke to the manager of the third party claims department and the best advice they could give me was to claim through my insurance but keep in mind they've kept me waiting 3 months only to tell me now. I also have a feeling that the gentleman who bumped into me has fixed his car so surely they have enough documentation for the claim to be submitted.
