I went to Nedbank with a deposit that was sent to me via emai and an actual sms saying a deposit was legit, i went to to confirm that all was ok with the deposit as i was selling a phone, i was told by a staff member at Nedbank Mall at Reds that the deposit is legit, trusting the staff member from Nedbank i then handed the phone over to the buyer however the next day money was still not in the account, i went back and was told again its legit, the Saturday i went into Nedbank again this time asking for the manager who then after listening to what happened called in the staff member who basically made out that i, the manager told me to log it with the department which i did and still no one from Nedbank has come back to me, so their staff and cost me over R6000 who is compensating me I can understand if i went and just handed the phone over but i asked at the branch and the staff member confirmed it is a legit deposit and yet no feedback no compensation
