Cancelling my policy with Prime Meridian Direct

This is a copy of the email I sent to Prime Meridian Direct today to cancel my policy. I have absolutely no faith that they will respond to this, or cancel my policy in a timely manner.

"Dear Sir or Madam

I hereby wish to cancel with immediate effect my policy with Prime Meridian Direct
(policy number ------).

My reason for cancelling the insurance policy: It took 3 months to settle my claim; in which
period I had to make multiple follow-up calls and send countless e-mails, as well as submitting a report to
Hellopeter.com to try and expedite the process.

This level of service and the length of time to resolve a claim is unacceptable to me.

Please inform me once my policy is cancelled.
