Late last night, someone who wasn't me, attempted to put through a transaction using my credit card details. Thanks to FNB's incontact notifications I immediately knew what was going on on my account and called to cancel my card. While I was on the phone to the wonderful and professional Gugu in card cancellations the amount was reversed-turns out FNB had identified the transaction as and has taken the steps necessary to prevent me losing any money.
